I ordered the chicken quesadilla and added fajita veggies—they were kind enough to put them inside, which made it even better. The flavors were delicious, and the portion was satisfying. To drink, I tried their horchata, and it was the perfect balance of sweet and creamy—definitely a must-try! The service was excellent; the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The Quesa birria tacos are the bomb so delicious also the ramen birria is a hot item for my wife she literally loves the soup mouth water dripping delicious would definitely recommend this business to anyone 10 stars anytime of day . The birria flavor makes your mouth water. Staff was friendly and the location was nice and clean, good vibes.
I went with my husband and brother on a Friday, close to closing time and it was pretty calm. I didn't think 3 quesabirrias were gonna satisfy the craving but they definitely did. The burritos are massive. I liked that they put two tortillas on the quesabirrias so the meat doesn't soak through and rip the tortilla. I will be coming back, it's a pretty good spot for birria. The meat wasn't fatty either.
I have been wanting to try birria for a while now, and I happen to be visiting family in town and came across this place, thought perfect chance to try. Blown away at the taste and portions!! I thought the agua fresca (cucumber chia lemonade) was quite large (I thought it was priced at a small size), until I tasted it and realized how sad I would have been if they sold anything smaller! The quesabirria’s tasted amazing, filled up with meat, plenty of consomme, and the salsas were everything. Ordered a side of rice, delicious!! The next time I am visiting, this is my first stop!
I forgot to come back and leave a review of the food. Their portions are generous and the food is delicious. The tacos are so filling I could only eat one and saved the other two for later. The meat is rich, juicy, and flavorful. The consomme? I could put that on anything and everything. Sooo good! Their guacamole is fresh and creamy, everything you want it to be. The Horchata was perfect. When I asked, Stephanie gave me a little salsa size cup so I could taste the Cucumber Lemonade. THAT will be my new “go to” drink! Very refreshing on hot summer days. ——————————————— Stephanie greeted me with a smile and was very quick to take my order. She has awesome customer service skills and was very pleasant. First time ever for quesabirria tacos! I was a little disappointed as they were out of frijoles, but to be fair, I was the last customer of the day, arriving 20 minutes before they close. Stopped in for a friend the other day and they raved about the flavor and the softness of the meat in their soup.
First time here. They have great customer service. Birria was so good and the aguas frescas are delicious. Next time we’re in the area we’ll definitely come back. Or might make a trip specifically for this spot!
